Located in the Coosawattee River Resort, this all luxury log cabin offers easy access to the all the exciting activities in the North Georgia Mountains.

The view from River Spirit is magnificent! This Ellijay Georgia cabin rental is a 2 bedroom log cabin that has Blue Ridge cabin-style decor to include every amenity you could ask for to make your Georgia Mountains vacation memorable. The North Georgia cabin rental is three levels and has three decks that afford spectacular views of Mountaintown Creek.

On the main floor of the cabin is the Great room with a wall of French Doors leading out to the deck overlooking the river view. Two leather sofas in the Great room one sleeper sofa, and one standard sofa allow for comfortable seating to enjoy the two story floor to ceiling fireplace. The dining area has a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to make great meals. Also on the main floor is one bedroom with a king size sleigh bed with plush memory foam mattress and a bathroom. For your convenience, cabin rental includes a full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs is the beautiful master bedroom with a king size 4 poster bed, bathroom with a romantic 2 person Jacuzzi tub, and a sleeping loft with 2 full size futons sleeping up to 4 guests. Downstairs on the river level,you enter the game room with a pool table, hockey game, TV with satellite and DVD player and 2 full size futons sleeping 4 additional guests. There is a full size bathroom on each level.

French Doors from the Great room, each Master bedroom and Game room open out to three levels of covered decks. Each deck has chairs and the deck outside the Game room on the river level has a relaxing hot tub. Plan to attend the Georgia Apple Festival of Ellijay where you can celebrate with over 300 vendors. You can attend many local harvest festivals in the North Georgia Mountains.

The spectacular Orionids meteor shower can be viewed the month of October and the first week of November.

Take a drive over to Lookout Mountain for a day or night of southern skiing at Cloudmont Ski and Golf Resort near Rock City and Ruby Falls. Cloudmont is open daily and nightly during season when temperatures at night drop to 28 degrees to make snow. Cloudmont is the southernmost ski area in the United States.

Wildlife can be viewed easily without the foliage. The tame deer come close to the cabin to forage for food.

"I cannot tell you how wonderful the past 3 days have been. As we sit here by the fire on our last night of paradise, there are so many memories. Your home is absolutely amazing. Everything is perfect. We came here for a much needed rest that would not be possible anywhere else. I can't help but laugh at all the clothes still packed in our suitcases. We only wore comfy pants and sweatshirts. In fact today was the first day we ventured from the cabin and all we wanted to do was come back 'home'.

"Our mornings were started with cups of coffee on the deck followed by a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Now we were ready for the adventure of the day - naps on the leather sofa, walks by the river and my favorite: Lifetime movies! The kitchen is amazing and so well stocked. Your house is very inviting and warm, so much so , that at times, I forgot that we would have to leave one day."
